Lack of visibility, along with lack of retention. In an industry like bespoke clothing, once you buy it, you would always prefer it no matter what. But somewhere, the customers forgot about Colors and Looms after the first purchase. Somewhere, they didn’t see it while looking for the best of brands in bespoke clothing.
